# 🌊 How to deposit to and withdraw from the Unstake Pool (/products/how-to-unstakepool-deposits-and-withdrawals)























Learn how to deposit SOL into the Unstake Pool and earn its fees.

When you deposit SOL into the Unstake Pool you receive VLP, a receipt token that works like an LST. VLP grows in value as the pool earns fees from instant unstakes, shared among everyone in the pool, so the longer you stay the more SOL you receive when you withdraw. You can withdraw at any time. ## Deposit and withdraw SOL [#deposit-and-withdraw-sol]

    ### Go to The Vault [#go-to-the-vault]

    Go to [thevault.finance](https://thevault.finance/) (Figure 11.1).

    Tap Open dapp in the top-right corner (Figure 11.2).

    ### Accept the terms [#accept-the-terms]

    The first time you visit, tick both boxes to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then tap I Agree (Figure 11.3).

    Open Unstake Pool in the top navigation (Figure 11.4).

    ### Review the pool [#review-the-pool]

    Review the pool at the top of the page. It shows total value locked, how much is liquid or staked, the 30-day APY and the current VLP price (Figure 11.5).

    Choose Deposit to add SOL to the pool (Figure 11.6).

    ### Deposit your SOL [#deposit-your-sol]

    Tap Connect Wallet and choose your wallet. Enter how much SOL to deposit and approve in your wallet. You receive VLP in return (Figure 11.7).

    To take your SOL out, choose Withdraw. It shows your VLP balance, and you can redeem it for SOL at any time (Figure 11.8).

## Earn vPoints on your VLP [#earn-vpoints-on-your-vlp]

If you want [vPoints](/vault-points/points-program) on top, you can stake your VLP on the Earn Points page. To claim them, see [How to collect vPoints](/vault-points/how-to-collect-vpoints).

    On the Unstake Pool page, tap stake VLP below the form to stake your VLP on the Earn Points page (Figure 11.9).

    On the Earn Points page, open the Vault Unstake LP pool to deposit your VLP. It shows the points it pays per day (Figure 11.10).
