☀️vSOL

vSOL is the liquid staked SOL token from the Vault. When the stake pool was initialized, the exchange rate between vSOL and SOL was 1:1. The pool accrues more SOL by staking to validators so the exchange rate of vSOL:SOL will only go up.

For example, if you hold 100 vSOL at launch, this will be worth 100 SOL. After a year, this 100 vSOL will be worth roughly 107 SOL from staking rewards alone, assuming the APY is 7%.

By staking your vSOL in our Quarry you can earn Points tokens on top of the staking rewards, which will be redeemable for The Vault's upcoming governance token.
